1 General Provisions and Definitions

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on betnaga are secure and reliable. All deposits and withdrawals are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Funds are added to the account once the deposit is successful. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Using a third party's account is prohibited and transactions of this kind may be cancelled.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. betnaga reserves the right to temporarily suspend any suspicious transaction.

3.3 Fraudulent Activity

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

betnaga offers various bonus offers for its members. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. In this example, ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

A bonus cannot be claimed more than once. Winnings earned with a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. betnaga reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time. If a user attempts to abuse the bonus system, their bonus may be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Cashback Programme

betnaga's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.7% at Silver and 1.0% at Gold on net losses. For example, a Silver member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 as cashback.

5 Betting Activity Rules

All betting activities on the betnaga platform are conducted according to specific rules. Users are required to follow these rules.

5.1 Betting Limits and Responsibility

betnaga sets specific minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting event. Users should bet within their financial means. Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be cancelled.

5.2 Technical Errors and Dispute Resolution
